Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to credit packs, content packs and subscription payments.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• email us at admin@fraktionx.com with your order reference and we will arrange it for you.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are returned to your original payment method. Paddle's own refund policy also applies.

You can cancel a subscription at any time; you keep unlimited games until the end of the period you already paid for and are not billed again. Where credits from a refunded purchase have already been spent in-game, the refunded credits are removed from your wallet.
