The 6 Legends service is operated by FraktionX. You can reach us at admin@fraktionx.com. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using 6 Legends.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, and that where you sign up on behalf of an organisation you have authority to bind it.

6 Legends is an online multiplayer game in which managers bid credits on all-time football legends, build a squad of six, choose tactics, and play out a simulated match. Player names and ratings are fictionalised game data used for entertainment only and imply no endorsement by, or affiliation with, any real person, club or competition.

• Sign-up requires a valid invite code issued by us or by an existing manager.
• You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Invite codes are personal; do not sell, publish or otherwise distribute them at scale.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use 6 Legends for personal, non-commercial entertainment within the plan you have selected. You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or for spam;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights of anyone;
• interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, or automated bidding bots;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical or plan limits (including credit, allowance or rating gates);
• manipulate matches, collude to abuse rewards, or exploit bugs instead of reporting them.

• Every manager receives 2 free games per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC.
• Beyond the daily allowance a game costs 36 credits, which are deducted from your wallet.
• Credits are a virtual in-game item with no cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for money.
• Active subscribers (Coach and Manager tiers) get unlimited games for the duration of their subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled.

Payment, billing, taxes, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We (and our licensors) own the 6 Legends software, game engine, artwork, branding, documentation and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you. Where you submit content (such as a display name or room name) you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to run the service.

We work to keep 6 Legends available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Matches are simulated and results are probabilistic. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. On termination your access ends and unused credits lapse; you may request an export of your account data before deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FraktionX is established, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
